Foreign Ownership

Ownership for foreigners in Thailand is achieved either by a long lease which can be converted to freehold ownership or via a Thai limited company owning the freehold. Construction

Construction of the villas is done to Western standards with a UK team of builders overseeing all aspects and a UK civil engineer and project manager overseeing the entire process and signing of each stage as complete on behalf of the client.

The final stage payment (5%) is only released once all snagging items have been dealt with and the engineer is happy that each villa meets our exacting standards of workmanship, finish and quality.

 

Services

The site enjoys water from its own deep wells which is of drinkable quality (though bottled water is recommended), 3 phase underground electricity, telephone lines, internet, and satellite TV are available. The developer will also put in place a clubhouse with bar restaurant and swimming pool once a majority of the villa sales are completed.

 

Security

24 hour gated security will be in place on the site.

 

Maintenance and Management

Full maintenance and rental management service is available to residents at very competitive prices. Units should achieve gross rents of between GBP 500 – GBP 1,000 per week dependent on size (2 or 3 bed) and season. A net return of 10% per annum should be very easily achievable.
