Inspection Trips
To help you make the right decision on ‘Your own Place in the Sun’ we can arrange an inspection trip to the Costa Calida for a period of 4-5 days.
There will be NO SALES PRESSURE on you at any time and we take care of all the arrangements including flights, 4* hotel accommodation, meals and transportation and provide the services of one our local inspection teams to escort you around the many and varied properties that we are currently developing along the Costa Blanca.
All we ask you to do is cover part of the cost of your flights.
However, if you decide to buy one of our properties we will return the money you paid for your flight.
Flights can be arranged for any day of the week and from any airport of your choosing.
Inspection teams
You will be assigned your own individual inspection team, an (English couple who have 
taken local residency) on a one to one basis. The team will look after you from the time you arrive until your return to the airport for your flight home.

Before you travel
We will agree with you an itinerary detailing where you will be going and what you will seeing for each day of your trip. We are happy to include visits to schools, medical facilities, or other areas of interest as you require, we appreciate that buying a home in Spain is not simply about finding a property, but a life style too.
The day before you travel the inspection team that will look after you and show you around for the duration of your trip will contact you and introduce themselves to you and confirm that they will be at the airport to meet you on arrival.
Inspection tours are a great opportunity to see and compare several properties in one visit
Get an idea of local amenities and facilities and explore the surrounding areas
Put your questions to people who have made the move from the UK
And possibly find time to enjoy the beach or play a round of golf!
