Situated in the Silonque Bush Estate, this development is on land adjoining the Kruger National Park, with the entrance to the Park from the estate a 10 minute drive away.
The development consists of 40 detached lodges, each with its own hectare of land, which is approximately 10,000 square metres and within this area, 2,000 sq m will be set out as a garden area. Each lodge is 365 sq m, which includes a terrace. The house build is between 145 – 185 sq m and each can be designed as a two or three bedroom detached property or even four bedroom if required. Each lodge has a thatched roof, with two kitchens complete with hob, oven, fridge and cupboards, and two bathrooms with all sanitary ware, which means that if required you can turn one detached lodge into two separate lodges, which increases your rental income.

As an optional extra, you can have a swimming pool with a rough guide price for a 6m x 4m pool of 27,500 Rand (approx £2,750) or a 8mx4m at 32,500 Rand (approx £3,250). A safari vehicle will be available to take guests on safari trips to the Kruger National Park.
Other facilities
On site are two swimming pools, with a Conference Centre and restaurant being built at the entrance to the estate.
There is also a dam close to the fencing of the Kruger National Park and it is proposed to put a viewing deck and picnic area where you can sit and watch the animals drink.
