We first discovered Overseas Connections when we were on the net looking for properties in Bulgaria. We initially contacted them by telephone and an appointment was arranged at their Norwich office, to discuss things further.
Graham was the person we had arranged to meet and he made us very welcome and at ease. We had done a good deal of research about foreign property purchasing, and everything we researched, was confirmed by Graham.
It was agreed that we would visit Bulgaria during the Easter break and formed a list of properties that we would like to see whilst out there. Graham was also very helpful with this too, he assisted us with the list, ensuring that they were all still available to view, and advising us of the necessary documentation and funds we would need, should we wish to go ahead with a purchase.

As this was a visit over the Easter break, so that we did not feel unsupported, Graham gave us both his mobile and home telephone numbers to call should we run into any difficulties, and even gave us a map of the country!, something that we have been very grateful for since we made our purchase.
Our flights, connections, and hotel were all very good, although Bulgarian food is not to everyone’s taste!
Overseas Connections and Graham in particular has been a great help to us whilst making our purchase, which was not without its difficulties, mainly because the wheels of commerce turn slowly and in a slightly different direction to those you come to expect in the UK. None of the issues were insurmountable and knowing that those who we were relying on could be trusted, made things easier.
We were after all, no less suspicious than many other couples who visit foreign countries with a view to purchase, about who we were dealing with and how things would go.
All in all, Overseas Connections were very helpful to us and we would not hesitate in suggesting if you are looking to purchase abroad, that you contact Graham.
