Vila Verde Resort emulates a small colonial village amidst luxurious green areas. This is achieved through a balance between urban structures, along an exclusively pedestrian walkway, and green community areas with private swimming pools.

Plazas are located within Vila Verde Resort, offering meeting points and leisure spaces which are strategically placed along the pedestrian boulevard. Retail services, food and beverages are randomly distributed along the walkway, thus creating an old village environment.
From the entrance of Vila Verde Resort, a main road distributes traffic in a ring that does not cause interference with the pedestrian walkway. Areas with mid rise buildings are located inside the ring. Low rise zones, on the outside areas, establish a transition to the waterfront and the protected dune landscape.
The central area along the pedestrian walkway will be divided in 13 gated communities, with apartment blocks around private open gardens with swimming pools.
The apartments will be one, two and three bedrooms, with balconies and terraces. Some studios will also be available in the future.
Low rise exterior areas will have two types of buildings. Type one: Three and four bedroom villas with private swimming pools, and a central country club. Type two: Two and three bedroom townhouse units with private swimming pools, and a central country club.
A hotel plot is located opposite the main entrance, next to the dune and close of the sea front, on a very visible spot, at the end of the pedestrian walkway.
The resort will have parking spaces on the villas and townhouses plots, and also a large number along the roads and under the pedestrian boulevard walkway.
