To help you make the right decision on ‘your own Place in the Sun’ we can arrange an inspection trip for a period of 3-5 days for you to view properties that we feel match your search criteria. Our inspection trips, conducted on a one to one basis are tailor made for you ensuring that you will definitely not view properties with other clients. Our representative will value your feedback and will work with you to find that ideal home in the sun.
 
Inspection trips are a great opportunity to see and compare several properties in one visit, getting an idea of local amenities, facilities and explore the surrounding areas.

Inspection teams

You will be assigned your own individual inspection team, (normally an English person or couple who have taken local residency). The team will look after you from the time you arrive until your return to the airport for your flight home. In the majority of these trips our clients have usually found their dream property in the first two or so days 

 

Before you travel

We will agree with you an itinerary detailing where you will be going and what you will seeing for each day of your trip. We are happy to include visits to schools, medical facilities, or other areas of interest as you require, leaving you free in the evenings to enjoy the local life style! We appreciate that buying a home abroad is not simply about finding a property, but a life style too.
